This week's "Web Show to Watch"
Every week, 140 Characters posts a TV show that can be accessed online as the week's "Web Show to Watch." This feature will work like a book club. Readers can post comments and discuss the week's show and post what they think about it. Last week, I suggested readers watch the hit mocumentary about a group of college students living together on the same dorm floor - Dorm Life. This week's Web show to watch is something similar and yet completely different.
2/8 Life is about an aspiring blogger named Angela Curtis and her roommates who see themselves as part of a "generation racing to change the world." But as the recurring title/tagline suggests, "these four kids won't" change a thing.

Hulu, NFL Network team-up a big win

In January, Hulu, the free online video service, teamed up with the NFL Network to include at least eight shows and highlight clips of every team in the National Football league. Since then, Hulu has consistently added content adding up to over 400 hours of NFL videos. More importantly, content is available to both Hulu and Hulu Plus acounts - a big win for all users.
Hulu has included everything from "Football Follies" and Hardknocks to Game of the Week - an in-depth look at the week's top games - and a series of historic Super Bowl games.

Below, are three videos from Hulu’s NFL Network section.

Three videos/TV shows to watch on Hulu.com
Hulu is one of the most convenient (and legal) ways to watch TV on Web today. With its unique ad system, which asks viewers to choose whether a video advertisement is relevant or not, Hulu is able to fund and broadcast shows from stations like ABC, NBC and even the BBC.Okay, so maybe we just wanted to embed a few Hulu videos but can you blame us? Below are three Hulu videos that you might enjoy. Note: Video descriptions were taken from Hulu.com
MacHEADS is a feature length documentary which explores the loyalty of Apple Fanatics and their obsession.
Peep Show is a brand-new narrative comedy series seen through the eyes of the core characters. And in another inventive twist, each character’s inner thoughts can be heard – whether they be dark, stupid or embarrassingly overblown. At the centre of Peep Show are Mark and Jeremy, who have an unhealthy reliance on one another – a dependence that can turn to frustration. Mark – in his cack-handed way – is in pursuit of the love of his life, co-worker Sophie (Olivia Coleman), while Jeremy lives in awe of his idiotic and manipulative mate Superhans and their beautiful but brittle neighbour Toni.
ABC's summer smash, hosted by John Anderson, John Henson and Jill Wagner, features 24 contestants of all ages, shapes and sizes as they go head-to-head in four rounds of demanding competition on the world's largest obstacle course. The challenges change each week but always result in hilarious spills and thrills in the race for the $50,000 prize.
